We use to be able to copy and paste sentences from one text box to another, then type additional words. We just upgraded to Office2007 and when we try to paste a sentence into another text box it makes it's own text box and you can't type inside to add more wording.

Does anyone know how to paste a sentence from one text box to another and still be able to write in that text box?

Thanks

Can you be a little more specific?

Text box - You mean a Cell on a Worksheet, or a text box in a user form, or what?

Without there being some code added since the change, I'm having a hard time seeing where the 2003 to 2007 change would affect such operations...

I agree. It should not have changed it.
Many text boxes were inserted in an excel file. The excel file is used for both calculations and added notes. Inserting text boxes was the best way to do this.

I could delete all my text boxes in the template and re-insert them, but I thought their might be an easier way.

I'm not sure why this is, but when I copy text from one text box and paste it into another text box, when I double click on the pasted text the toolbar changes to the "Picture Tools". And when I right click on the text one of the choices is "Change Picture".
