Hi,

I know you can link Spin buttons to a cell in a spreadsheet and change the value of that cell up or down, but it only seems to work for integer values - is it possible to change the value of a double?

I.e. Use the spin button to change a value from 116.86 to 116.87, etc.

Thanks a lot!

One quick option is to point the spinner at 1 cell then in the cell you want the final mumber in put a formula to divide the spinner number by 10.

Might not be the most elegant solution but it works.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Yeah, I've already tried that, and it does work but the problem there is when I go from 116.99 to 117.00 to 117.01, it won't work because the 'Max' property of the Spin button can only go to 100.

It will go to 117.00, but not to 117.01 because I would have to reset the cell containing the spinner button - which would kind of defeat the purpose of the spinner in making the spreadsheet easier to use!

Any other ideas?

Spinner on the Forms Toolbar will go to 3000, and the spinner on the Control Toolbox I haven't been able to find a limit it can't cope with yet.

Forms - right click and type into the max cell
Control - Whilst in design mode you need to edit the Max Property.

Regards
Ken.............
