I can't seem to find where other people may be having this problem...
We have an Excel file that we are sharing between 6 or so users. The users know that they need to save periodically in order to refresh their open view of the workbook to show the changes of other users. For some reason, this doesn't seem to be working. The users will save and exit and when they get back into the workbook they see the same view as when they closed the workbook and do not see the changes made by others.
I am stumped as to why this is happening. Anyone have any ideas of what the cause may be?
