Hi,

When in Excel, you have a bunch of number with for example 5 digits after the comma. The numbers only show two numbers after the comma though and when a SUM has to be made, also the rounded up value has to be used and not the exact number.

Please don't say that we then have to type in just two digits, there are different calculations behind them which we can not alter, because they would mess up other things.

Can someone please help me?

Okay... I looked up for the SUMPRODUCT and it gave the right result. I don't fully understand it, as when I tried it before and did exactly the same things, it gave an error as well. So I don't know what or how, but now it seems to work. Lets cross fingers that it will work on every one of the pages that will need to be altered ^-^.

Thank you!

Good stuff. Post back if you get any issues, but this should have solved your problem.

Just for info - Had you tried this with the first formula you need to array enter it, which means entering it using the key combo CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER, and if entered correctly, you will see curly braces appear around the formula in the formula bar (These cannot just be entered manually).

For more info on SUMPRODUCT:-
