Excel Protection 2

I have a excel worksheet with formulas that i made a while back now and i would like to update it. I have one problem though - a really bad memory. With all these different passwords today i have forgotten the password to unprotect this sheet.

Is there a way to unprotect a sheet without the password. Instead of me retyping all my formulas etc...
