Office 2000, running under Windows NT 4.0 SP6a. When printing a number of Excel documents, ie 'more than one', I am getting a message after each individual print to say printing has been completed. This is a pain if I am printing 50 copies of a document as I have to click 'okay' after each print before it prints the next one. No other users are suffering the problem when printing from Excel when using the same printer...Suggestions !!

The only thing I can think of is that maybe your print driver is set to give a conformation on each print job. But, then you would see that in other programs as well. I know that if you are using a Novell network you can also set the print conformation in the client software as well. Let us know if it is only Excel that your seeing this problem in.

This problem only occurs in Excel 2000, only one user and only on one printer..I'm baffled !!

Ok, Lets take a look at this. go to File/Page Setup and see if the paper source is set to manual. If it is change it to automatic.
Let me know what you find.

Have looked at the above, the printer is a HP LJ5si. Have looked under page setup and the size is set to A4, source = auto select and type is = auto select..Any help ??

Ok, I have a few Questions

1. Are the other users who are not having the same problem accessing the same Excel file?

2. Is it any Excel file on your computer or is it just one file?

3. If it is just one file are you trying to print the entire workbook or just one sheet?

Let me know :) Chuck
