I have a spreadsheat here, that will happily fit one 2 sheets of paper landscape, but the page breaks are in portrait and won't delete, and if i drag them to the side of what I want to print, then I have to print out 4 sheets of blank paper.

How do I get rid of these annoying page breaks that shouldn't be there

Select a cell adjacent to a page break. The Insert menu should contain the Remove Page Break command. (This will only remove the selected page break). Post back if this isn't working...

No I have been through all the usuall stuff, this seems to be a page division that excell has decided on, because theoretically, I could just reduce the font and cell size to fit it on, but all it does is give half a page blank space, and still prints on 4 pages.

Thanks carrr,

This does indeed seem to be where I need to be, haven't had the chance to try it yet, as my boss wanted his thing done NOW!!! and so I shall have to wait till next time.

All the best

Rob

Rob,

QUICK solution...

1) Under "Page Setup" window, choose the "Page" tab.

2) Under "Scaling", select "Fit to", and specify: 1 page wide - 2 pages tall

Hope you meet your boss's deadline. :)
