Excel Output Row Limitation

HI,

I'm running a report output to CSV. I would like to load this data into Excel but Excel has a 65,000 row limitation. Any Ideas?

If possible, you'll have to keep your result sets lower than the 65000 row count. Not much else you can do.

Try to aggregate your results if you can.

Hello, what about using the SDK and returning the results in chunks of data?

You could even try to add a filter which will only serve to help sort the data (ie. filter on EmpIds between 1 and 40, and then 41-80, etc...)

You can also test this out:

1. In the portal, click Toos, Server administration
2. Click the Configure tab.
3. On the toolbar, click the configuration properties button.
4. Click the Settings tab.
5. Next to Environment, Advanced Settings, click Edit.
6. Enter parameters and values.

The dash above only indicates these are entered in the 2 separate boxes that are horizontal.
