Excel on Manual Calc 1

When I open some docs, my computer changes it from auto to manual calc.
Can I set my computer to automatically make all docs auto-
calc instead of manual?

This setting should be saved in the workbook.

If you change one of these workbooks to Automatic then save it, does it revert back to manual when you open it again?

Thanks anotherhiggins. No, it does not revert back to manual when I reopen. If it is not me, how do I find out whose computer is causing the problem in our office?
