I'm trying to take a excel spreadsheet and be able to hit one button and automatically print out certain pages in the file but not all. Do they have a macro that can do this with a click of a button? Any help would be appreciated.

We're more about helping people learn 'round here.

Turn on your macro recorder (Tools > Macro > Record New Macro) and go through the steps you want automated.

View the generated code by pressing [Alt]+[F11] to open the VBE (Visual Basic Editor).

Post the code that was generated and we can help you clean it up or customize it if needed.

Oh, and when you're ready to post back with code, please do so in a new thread in forum707 which is where macro-specific questions best fit.
