Hello,
During the open sequence of an Excel file, I need to give the user a dialog box to choose a file to open. I was thinking I can handle this with Auto_Open by calling another subroutine.
But I bring up the "File-Open" dialog box using a macro whereby the user can select the file he needs to open.
Help please !!

Is this line what you're looking for...

Application.Dialogs(xlDialogOpen).Show

Er.. Swamit, I think you meant to give the star to Dale, not to yourself - no?

But you can't give yourself stars?!?!?!??[ponder]
So who's responsible
I know I'm not very!
;-) If a man says something and there are no women there to hear him, is he still wrong?
