Hello,

I`m trying to use the following excel macro to convert TNB log file.

But I`m getting runtime error "Run-Time error 75, Path/File access error" everytime I run the TN conversion.

Does anyone know if it could be an issue with the log file format? Which format does the file should have? The log file was saved in C drive.

Thanks in advanced!!

try a diff version, theree are several on there. When I get run-time and say ok, or close it, it still completes the mission.

Thanks bigindian65!!

However, I have tried already different versions and still getting same run-time error. That is what makes me think that the *.txt file is incorrect, but don´t know what else to modify.

you have just the TNBs in there? Not a repetition of ld 11 or 20 header info right?

My version, which is on Gene's web site should work OK. You will need to have "REQ" at the end of the TNB capture file. I've done a guide on how to use it and my contact details are in the excel guide. Please send me the list and I'll test it out. My last version was in Feb this year.

One of the main changes was to add in the extra add on module keys and also capture the number of the new 122x range of IP phones etc.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Thanks again for your help!! It seems to be my windows version.
The macro is working fine on Win XP.

Regards!!

Its actually a problem with the macro.
I had to modify the MV macro so it will work on office 2007. While i was there i put in some extra goodies like 1140/1150 etc...
PM Me with your email and i'll send it to you :)

I've done two versions of the conversion utility program. One is the standard *.xls and the other is the *.xlsm for office 2007. Both versions use the root of the C:\drive to store the temp.prn file, when using the TNB conversion.

I don't have Windows 7, but I understand that there might be some restrictions when using the root C drive?. I may need to redo the macros.
