The "Exception 10H" error is produced by the Microsoft environment. The information found in this document was allocated from Microsoft's Web Site.

Items That Can Cause This Error Condition

1. The Temp environment variable may be pointing to an invalid directory.

In this case, check the environment variable "Temp" by going to the DOS prompt and typing "Set" and press <Enter>. The environment variable will be displayed as "Temp=C:\Windows\temp" or some other directory. Make sure that this directory exists on your system.

2. The operating system may be having trouble interfacing with your system's math coprocessor.

You can disable the math coprocessor on your system from the CMOS setup for your PC.

3. A printer driver setup may be invalid or the printer may be turned off.

Check that the default printer is turned on at the time the system is turned on.
Check that the printer is connected to the PC.
Delete the printer driver from the available printer's list.
Change the default printer to one that is actually available.
If no printer is attached. Create a printer that is connected to "File:".

or

Close all IE browser windows, or close and start IE again. Maybe it is an ActiveX Control issue, also consider Netscape

or

Exception 10h error points to conflict with OEM printer driver. Try using a Windows default drivers.

or

It may be a video driver error or a graphic memory module problem.

thank you donnadee
after i sent this in i went back to the particular machine and did additional tests and found that the driver probably needs to updated
i could change default printers and the print and view would work
i also found the same problem on three other machines
