Excel - how to repeat a Column but dismiss one row from it?

Hello,

In excel's page setup on the sheet tab you can specify "Columns to repeat at left".
I would like to repeat Column A but inside this Column I don't want to repeat row 1. Is it possible to specify this in the formula?

No, Rows to repeat at top specify which rows I would like to repeat, I would like to avoid this row.
Perhaps I wasn't so clear: I would like to repeat column A but inside this column dismiss (i.e. not repeat) cell A1.

You cannot hide a CELL. Shade the FONT the same as the INTERIOR. Will make it seem EMPTY.

Turn on your macro recorder and record first changing it one way, printing and then changing it back.

Then print, using your recorded macro.

This file intend to sit on a server for clients to download through the Web, I prefer not to use Macros...
Isn't it possible to exclude a cell from the selected column, perhaps using a formula?

You cannot exclude ONE CELL.

You can FILTER the ROW or Hide a column. But even that would require a macro whenever you printed.

Wouldn't activating cell B1 and choosing Freeze Panes do what you are asking?

Freezing the pane is just for visuality, it doesn't affect the printed document.

If you just hide row 1 and repeat column A wouldn't that do it?

or is it just one cell you are after? Can you not just format it?
