Is there a way in Excel that I could hide and show certain worksheets, but keep them all in the same tabbed order?

Hi,

Hiding sheets does not change the tab order???

Skip,

Don't take a [red]FIFTH[/red] on the [red]THIRD[/red]
Or you might not come [red]FORTH[/red] on the [red]FIFTH[/red]

Forgot to add, but I also need to be able to make references to cells in the invisible sheets.

Also is it possible that if I have a macro that copies a sheet that I could use it to copy an invisible sheet, but the copy as a visible sheet?

yes - you can reference cells in hidden sheets

the visibility of a sheet can be set in code. If you copy a hidden sheet, you can just set the visibility property of the newly copied sheet....

Rgds, Geoff

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.

Is this a macro question? If so, please post in Forum707.

No problem with referencing a hidden sheet.
