I have a series of MS Excel reports that display different information each with a consistent Header(Logo Image & Report Description).

The problem that I am faced with is each of these reports displays different information, however, they each need to be presented on a single page. I can scale each report such that they fit on a single page, but I am noticing that the header (Logo Image & Report Description) also scale.

Does anyone know of a way that I can hold the header consistent (like say letterhead) while the remaining section of the report scales?

Perhaps if there is no solution within Excel to allow this, I could simply utilize letterhead to print each of the reports on...

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Your suggestion of a letterhead might be the best option.

Have you tried adding your logo etc to a header to the spreadsheet?

Thanks Hasit for your quick response. I have indeed tried adding my logo and text to the header, however, the problem is that the MS Excel header scales along with the report itself.

damn! worth a shot. I think your header option is probably best unless someone else comes up with a suggestion.

How about take a picture of the report content from another sheet onto the sheet with the header. You can scale the picture and content will update when you change the source data.

Copy the area with the report info.
Activate the sheet with the header.
Hold shift while selecting from the Edit Menu "Paste Picture Link".
Resize the picture....
