We are on WIN NT 4.0 and have many shared printers in our office. When defaulted to the Optra E322 a spreadsheet that should have only 2 pages will open with 9 pages because of the page breaks. I have tried all suggestions in trying to remove these breaks but to no avail..If we change the default to another printer ( Optra M or Optra W for example ) the spreadsheet opens properly with 2 pages.
Any ideas? All of our lexmark printers use the same microsoft driver. There are more Optra E322's in our office as well that can open it properly so I am at a loss here.
Any ideas would be great.
Thanks

its a problem caused by default page size from the originators printer - its not a page size that the recipient's printer can handle so it picks the first in the list.

Check originator's printer settings.

This can also be caused by setting a high number of rows to repeat at the top of every sheet.
