Excel Formula - CountIf

Can anyone tell me the formula to count the following:

38059
38590
38506
38059

I would like it to count "38059" and "38590" = 3

Please help

=COUNTIF(A1:A5,38059)+COUNTIF(A1:A5,38590)

[Blue]Blue[/Blue] [Dragon]

If I wasn't Blue, I would just be a Dragon...
