Excel - Flowchart Diagram? 2

Does Excel allow the user to create a "Flowchart" diagram, maybe in one of the add-in options?

If not, is anyone aware of another option or vendor?

If you have Word 2007, you could probably do something with 'Smart Art'

For drawing FlowChart in EXCEL ... try using the Drawing ToolBar > AutoShapes > FlowCharts

I forgot to add that Visio would probably be the best MS Office style tool for the job though.
