Excel - find which files are linked to a file

Hi,

I'm not working much on Excel, so I'm launcing this query for one of my users

this user have a file on Excel 2000 and when the file opens it launches a message box saying "some files are linked to this file would you like to updae your file etc.."

Is there a way for me to find out which files and for which fields are they updating this file?

Hi,
In Excel, go to the Edit | Links. This will tell you what's linked to your file.
