Excel Export

Hello,

Is there a way to export the Crystal results in Excel? In other words to create the file auto after EOF.

You will need to view the report and then click the export button (an envelope) and select the excel format.

Depends on your software, edition and the version.

Posting without that basic essential information about any software product will likely waste everyone's time.

My bad. CR 8 Developer. I am running a unique situation where the report runs using the RPT file with CR.

You're still using version 8???? I believe Business Objects will still sell you Crystal Enterprise 8 for next to nothing, as it is now unsupported and years old. CE offers the functionality to automatically distribute your reports instances to Excel and other formats. I don't think there is a way to automate this in CR8 itself.

I would seriously advise moving with the times and upgrading though.
