Excel Export Previews @ 10%

HELP .....

I am using and Oracle DB, with Java CRViewer.
Most reports are exporting ok, but a couple of reports where the ADO object is very large the Word Doc or the Excel doc is previewing in the print viewer at 10% or even at 500%

Is there a command string I can Preset to force the Print Preview to view the page at say 90%. The other reports do not have as large a data set but I cannot imagine why this is ocurring.

We resolved a issue earlier with normal word viewing the data set when the text was set to "Fit the Page" but now we get the print preview is messing with us.

And I am in Northern VA so Yes I Duck when I refuel. Chad L. Miller

NEVERMIND

I found out from Knowledge base from Crystal that this is known issue from version 6.0 until 8.0 this is supposedly fixed but my team failed to inform me that the new 8.5 version has yet to be installed because one of the developers sat on the CD and waiting for a replacement prior to installing the new version.
