I need to continue data on one page for sorting abilities. Several columns of data filling 11 x 17 paper, need to create multiple pages with the same top 3 rows printing on each page? HELP!

File > Page Setup > Sheet tab > Rows to repeat at top: > select your desired rows....

Thank you for your tips. The only problem I have is that when I do my view print preview, it shows it all as one page and if I drag my blue line up, then my data below has no background white color and does not print?

???
Do you mean to say that you're using the View > Page Break Preview? If so, manipulting your breaks can shorten/lengthen your pages. Unless you really need to control how much is on each page (maybe you're trying for some sort of uniformity), I wouldn't mess with these. Use Print preview from the File drop down to view your pre-print image.

I do need to control the amount on each page. I maybe need to know how to turn off my page breaks? Is that possible?

Ok. If you're trying to control exactly how many rows display on each page, try using Insert > Page Break and placing the breaks where you desire.

carr, thank you that is exactly what i had to do! [afro2]
