Excel connecting to Olap server

When using Excel to connect a user to the OLAP server i keep getting the following message.


"Unable to open connection.
Cannot Connect to server 'OLAP Server Name'.
OLAP server error: The operation failed due to network problems."

When I use excel locally on my machine it works just fine. Any ideas?

May I know how do you connect to OLAP Manager using Excel?
