Hello All - The client in Windows XP SP2 with Excel 2002. The individual copy the pictures from an intranet site and copy them to an excel document.

The document looks ok on the screen however when printing it it comes out with pictures on top of each other, garbled composition. Also, after it prints, it reflects the same thing on the excel document on the screen and it has to ve closed and reopened again so that it can be viewed normally.

In another excel file, the file seems locked since he/she can't click on the specific colum and/or cell; it automatically selects another column. There are no keys being pressed on the keryboard to assume perhaps that that would be the case.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Hey All - I figured out it was a resize issue with the pictures. After resizing them and saving file, it printed out just fine.

I still need help with the second excel issue.

Thanks

Maybe try:
Tools -> Protection -> Unprotect Sheet
If the cells that you want to change are protected, then it will try to go to an adjacent unprotected cell (columns and rows behave this way as well).
