I use MS Project Server at my job. One of my jobs is to use an option in MS Project, where it takes a project list and exports it to excel. Once there I have to manipulate the data to get the info I need. Unfortunately, none of my conditionals recognize the data in the cells unless I double lick and place the cursur in them. Any idea on how to get all the cells to be "active" and recognizable with out having to open each cell individually?

Type 1 (numeral 1, that is) in a blank cell. Copy the cell. Highlight the other cells. Go to paste special; choose Multiply and click OK.

A man has only two choices: He can be right or he can be happy.

That worked thanks. Had to change the format because it messed all the dates up but is fine now. Thanks for the help and quick response.
