Excel - Cells are dividing everything by 100 1

Everytime I open Excel, every cell on every page(workbook) is dividing what ever number or character I put in there by 100. I have tried formatting it and that doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Try resetting your autoformatting options. Set this autoformatting to none. Might help
