Excel:autofilters on shared worksheet

Just a quickie - if 2 users are using a shared worksheet, can they have different filters applied: for instance, I might be working on one town and they need to be working on another town at the same time and it would help if we could have our own filters on

AFAIK - yes. What happens is that you don't actually work on the saved copy of the workbook. A temporary copy is created and that is what you use. when finished the temp copy is saved over the original. Both filters will not stay in place once saved but you can have different filters applied on the same workbook at the same time by different users whilst the wb is open
