Excel Attachment Hanging in Microsoft Outlook

We have user who is having problems opening Excel Attachments in Outlook 2010. She says it hangs for a long time until it will open or it will hand indefinitely. Now she can save it to her HDD and open it that way. The setup for the users in my company is they are running off of Terminal Services with the mail going through Microsoft Exchange 2010 server and it is the Microsoft Office Suite 2010.

I have already looked online for solutions and found potential solutions but they always mention Office/Outlook 2003 or 2007 and not 2010. In advance any help is appreciated.

Here is the error message that comes up
"Cannot create file: export.xls. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder

Empty the Temporary Outlook Files folder
