Excel 97 and Citrix

When I try to move data in Excel, it takes about 1 minute and then I get the message "Cannot empty the Clipboard". Clicking the "OK" removes the message box, and the data moves. Is there a way to speed up the move and do away with the message.

I'm having same problem. I was on Excel 2002 and upgraded to 2003 w/o luck.

I read somewhere that I need a hotfix, but I'm having trouble finding this on the Microsoft website.
