Hi,

I am curious if there is a faster way than manually highlighting a print area and choosing Selection for each instance of a subtotal in my sheet.

Ideally, it would print whenever it saw a change in the column for sales rep number since each sales rep company has its own subtotal. It would get the subtotal and the detail information above it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Goopit,

I'm no Excel Guru, but you may want to check out the SUM function in the help files, or look up "Calculate a running balance". That will probably be the best place to start looking.

Hope that helps,
Jason

Hi,

Take a look at Data/Subtotal. Your data must be properly sorted. Take a look at the Page Break between groups check box feature, while you're in there.

Argh! It was right there in front of me the whole time! Thank you, Skip.
