Excel 2002 VB Error

I am working in a large excel spreadsheet and everytime I go to enter a number in a cell, I enter the number and hit tab. When I hit tab, I get a box that pops up stating:

Microsoft Visual Basic: User-defined type not installed with a button of OK or HELP.

I've done everything to correct this problem with no luck. Please help.

When that message pops up, hit the DEBUG button and POST the CODE that is emphasized.

Unfortunatley, It does not give me that option. If you hit OK...it will close out of Excel. If you hit help it takes you to the help section of office.
