Good Morning,

I am trying to auto populate some cells based the value chosen in a drop down control. Is this possible in Excel ??

I'm unclear - do you already have the dropdown built?

If not, take a look at Data Validation in the help file.

If you already have that knocked out, then please provide more details - like how many items are listed in the dropdown?

Ok ...

I have a dropdown made already with a list of Names (7 of them). Based on the name you pick I would like the address cell to auto populate to the correct address.

Have a look at the VLOOKUP function.

Let's say the dropdown is in A2. Then in B2 you could have
[colro blue white]=vlookup(A2,DBase,2,0)[/color]
Where DBase is a Named Range in which your names are stored in the first column and the address is stored in the second column.
