Excel 2000 Text Color 1

I'm building a spreadsheet and want to base text colors (red vs green for instance) upon comparison to another cell value. Say for instance value is greater than 50000, then green, less than 50000, then red... I want to be able to change values and have the colors automatically update, any ideas? thanks.
