Hi,

Perhaps this belongs in a VBA forum. My apologies if so, but I am curious if there is a faster way than manually highlighting a print area and choosing Selection for each instance of a subtotal in my sheet.

Ideally, it would print whenever it saw a change in the column for sales rep number since each sales rep company has its own subtotal.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you try to group it by subtotals? In Data - Group and Outline - Group. You can then only display subtotals.

Sorry. I didn't make it clear that I still want to print the rows above that rep's subtotal that went into calculating it. Depending upon the viewing choice, grouping just hides those rows, right?
