Excel 2000 Pivottable Toolbar Issue 1

Excel is doing a very irritating thing where when I create a pivottable, the pivottable toolbar removes itself from the place where I anchor it (on bottom of screen) and floats. Why won't it stay put??? What do I need to do to have the toolbar not pop out of its place when I refresh or make range changes in pivottable? Excel 97 never did that to me.

Any ideas??

Have you tried dragging it up to the right of the Standard toolbar?

Yup, still pops out. Won't stay anchored at all!
