Grey or coloured font on excel spreadsheets is printing black when sent to a black & white laser printer. It will print correctly when sent to our colour printer. Cell shading prints grey no problems. Word will print grey font to these printers no problems. It is not the sheet setting in page setup, this is not selected. I have tried different drivers, PCL and Postscript. The printers are HP 4200 - 4250 series but there is also a Panasonic on which the same happens.
I do have an older b&w hp laser which does not have the issue it is a 4050 but cant seen any settings on the printers that it could be???
