Hi Every,
How can I delete some stations so I can free up my station capacity for other uses?

Joe, Here is what I have and it seems like I have to remove it from Hunt Group and paging group first?

also have a look in the "list multimedia ip-unregisteed" as every station in there is consuming a license you will probably come across numbers that are no longer in use and can be freed

you are correct, it must be removed from hunt groups, intra switch etc... as stated

To expand on that a bit , this is a common theme for any item that is programmed , so gateways /port networks / announcements etc etc ...before you can delete from the system all associated translations must be removed first .. so if you have an announcement in a vector or vectors you need to remove it from the vectors before you can delete the announcement in CM.As stated the "list usage x " command is your friend in instances like this.

fyi - If you use the IMPORT function in ASA and select REMOVE STATION, it will find all instances of the station and remove it from the appropriate objects (hunt groups, bridged appearances, etc) and remove the station in one step. You can actually see in the list history where it makes those changes prior to doing the remove station command.
