Exam 3000.2 1

Hi

I am taking my 3000.2 exam in a couple of weeks. I have tried buying the practice exam online but all the websites I have been on are all are all american and I can never add the exam to my shopping basket. Does anyone know where I can purchase this practice exam?

does anyone knows if test of this sites (SelfTest or TestKing) is good to study for the exam

Apart from extensive experience on the kit there is no shortcut revise and revise again the following,
Knowledge base, learn the following like the back of your hand,

Install/user, CCR,OneXP, VMPro, Contact Store.

Learn all the new licensing.

Features of the new Ip handsets 16,96, especially the phone features and letter meanings.

Whats new in R6 pay speciic attention.

Vpn phones .

SSA and Monitor,debug(Sip traces and what these apps are capable of showing you)

Also a sound knowledge of Manager and the separate aspects of the Manager application.

This is just a quick quide to what i came up against , however what it boils down to is having experience on the IPO, reading the questions correctly(they dont try to trick you)and having a passion for working on the product (sounds sad but there is so much to learn, if you are interested rather than pushed it is bound to be fruitfull).
