Ex Controller doesn't reset. Hardware Issues??

Hello, I have a brand new EX controller, and this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue. It’s brand new out of the box, but when I power it on, ETH1, ETH3, and ETH4 stay steadily lit, as if frozen. I tried to reset it, but with no luck. The Ethernet ports are not working, and the power LED doesn’t indicate that it’s on either. We’ve changed the power cords, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? I think it might be hardware-related.

Check the RESET button. I had one that was stuck in (engaged).

Hello, We've cheked the reset botton and it's not stuck. It needs to be something else.

Yes, We end up returning the controller back to Mitel. We couldn't access the ethernet ports, the controller didn't want to boot. Neither mitel support tech could have helped us. A shoutout to them btw.

Had this happen to me on an SMBC controller.

Mitel do be weird sometimes.
