Hi,
i want to know if i can get EWT from TSAPI.

Could you explain what does "EWT" mean?

EWT = Expected Waiting Time

Noway... As I know...
But you can monitor calls that queued to some ACD split and calculate this time in your program.
ExpectedTime = NumberOfCallInQueue * AvarageTimeOfService
