Does anyone has some idea why everytime I make tcpip for en2 it always point to ent0?

It seems that I am tied up with ent0?

Thanks in advance....

Hi,

en2 is a driver that would normally run on ent2,unless ent0 and ent1 has no drivers defined for some reason (en0,en1).

Please post the results of :

mktcpip -S en0
mktcpip -S en1
mktcpip -S en2
lsdev -Cspci|grep ent

Thanks

Hi levw,

Thanks for your reply. Anyway, i got stuck here I rebooted machine and when it about to start the tcpip there is an error "cannot locate /usr/sbin/inted ". The device will go on without SRC/ODM support. I am almost waiting for almost 2 hours. I dont know what to do. I need my system to bootup. Is there any other way I can make the system bootup without doing coldstart?

Please give me advise soon....

still cannot give you the output since I am still waiting for the system for login...

Many thanks,

j
