I am working some users that have mentioned slow network performance. as I went troubleshooting around one thing I notice is that every port I check on the switch shows output discards? Is there anything that can help find the source of this issue. It obviously looks like congestion throughout the entire switch but im not sure how to find who is the source.

Every port showing output discards?

Check the utilisation on the ports - is there a pattern of high utilisation?
Check CPU% as well.
