I have three CUCM 6.1 our system , We have a issue, One subscriber can not be reachable every month, When we system recovery it was a up,

What should we do solving this problem parmanently
 
I am new to cucm, but I would check the status of the licenses.
I read that when licenses are in question (changed NIC or something), it will run for 30 days while you get it corrected.
I don't know beyond that, but it only takes a few seconds to check license status.

I dont think so licence because system has a 2500 IPT,
Because Every month Because Operating system is not come up,
What does ist mean,

Every month we are make a system recovery,
Any one has a idea ?

 
When you said Subscriber in your first message, did you mean as in 'Publisher/Subscriber" ? If so, then you should be looking at your Node Licenses. Do you have a license for each server ?
