I'm getting the following application log errors when booting into Win2k. I've searched on the net but haven't found much in the way of a viable solution or explanation.
All of the errors are eventID: 41, source: WinMgmt
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2442 for Performance Library ASP because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2106 for Performance Library ContentFilter because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2082 for Performance Library ContentIndex because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2136 for Performance Library IAS because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2212 for Performance Library InetInfo because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2114 for Performance Library ISAPISearch because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2022 for Performance Library MSDTC because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2512 for Performance Library MSFTPSVC because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2794 for Performance Library NTFSDRV because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 1848 for Performance Library RSVP because no value was found in the 009 subkey
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2548 for Performance Library SMTPSVC because no value was found in the 009 subkey
What exactly are Performance libraries? What purpose do they serve? Are these warnings something to be concerned about?
Any help and/or advice is much appreciated. I'd really like to know how I can get these warning errors to disappear.
Thanks--
Scott
