Event Log Storage..Automatic

Question
Can I configure the event veiwer to automaticly save the logs to a file once they reach either a date or a size. I have seen that i have overwrite options based on dated and file size,but what I would like it to do is take the log every 21 days save it to a file and then clear the log. AM I asking to much?

you can definitely save the log file manually or look for a product that will retrieve your log files and store them in database perhaps

Thanks I knew I could do it manually I wanted to get away from having to do that each month?
