This server acts as SMTP connector, does that mean I can remove "Internet Mail Service (exchange5.5)" ? also Can I remove MS mail connector? As far as I know I don't use them.

Sounds like you may need to reinstall IIS.

I'd never normally say this, but I would contact M$ and pay the 250$ for a support ticket, as this could backfire big time on you.
