I'd verify your DNS setting on Active Directory for proper replication. I had this error too but after forcing replication and verifying DNS was being routed correctly, I got it to work. Good luck!

I have a similar problem and have read and tried the applicable information in the articles posted in this thread (of course with no success). I get the following message every minute in my event viewer and my Information Store stops. If I restart the IS it is fine for half an hour or so, then it stops again. This just started yesterday. This PC is also a domain controller.

Anyone have a definitive solution.
