I was trying to start Microsoft Exchange System Attendant but then I got this message:
"The Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service hung on starting"

Please show me how to fix this. Thanks

Do you have the Site Service ILS enabled on the exchange server?
Also if the Exchange can't see the GC within 60 seconds the SA doesn't start.
