I am receiving this error and can not figure out why. Please help.
Event ID 5775
Deregistration of the DNS record '_gc._tcp.Orion. 600 IN SRV 0 100 3268 JASON.Orion.' failed with the following error:
DNS bad key.

Any Ideas?

Solution to the 5775 event. This is one of those nuissance errors in Windows 2000. The error can be fixed by going to the following directory: C:\winnt\system32\config, and removing the following files netlogon.dns, netlogon.dnb and netlogon.tfl or netlogon.ftl, can't remember the exact extension for the last file. If you don't have all three files don't worry, just remove the one's you do have. Once removed reboot the server. The error should be gone now.
